T-Mobile Sponsors BGC Joliet Summer Session & Back to School Event

With all of the uncertainty going on in the world, one thing is for sure at the Boys & Girls Club of Joliet......Hope is not cancelled, thanks to our amazing new friends and partners at T-Mobile!

T-Mobile has been absolutely amazing, first by sponsoring a great deal of our 2020 Alternative Summer Session through a very GENEROUS monetary donation and second, for putting on a memorable Back 2 School curbside event at the Club!

Youth and families were able to drive up to the Club and receive the following:

-School supply kits and accessories, courtesy of T-Mobile
-Craft kits, courtesy of the Joliet Public Library
-Custom Boys & Girls Club masks, courtesy of BGC Illinois
-Chicken tender meals w/chips and milk, courtesy of Buffalo Wild Wings (SPECIAL thank you to GM Brittani Goodwin!)

The first 10 families that arrived received a set of 5 free vouchers to a Joliet Slammers game!

Youth were also able to take a photo with their favorite Club staff member, Mr. Les, AKA Mr. Tex!

A very special thank you to Kristin Matthews from T-Mobile. Kristin truly went above and beyond the call of duty to support the kids at the Boys & Girls Club of Joliet this Summer through this partnership and we truly appreciate her contributions!

Thank you T-Mobile, we look forward to a long and exciting partnership!

Alternative Programming Continues for the 2020 Fall Session

Due to continued reconstruction efforts on our first floor and COVID 19 safety precautions, the Boys & Girls Club of Joliet will be following the model of the majority of school districts in the area by starting our Fall Session remotely.

Registration for our 2020 Alternative Fall Session will go LIVE on Monday, 8/24 and will remain open until we reach capacity. This program is 100% free to youth.

The Alternative Fall Session will launch on Tuesday, 9/8 and will run until we are able to safely re-open to youth.
