Fundamentals of Psychic development is the process of discovering the aspects of you that create a connection to  others. Through your own intuition, psychic development extends your reach to receive information through your various senses not of a physical nature. Everyone has intuitive abilities that we have relied on to make decisions that are for our Highest good. It is our God-given internal compass that helps us “know” what is right or wrong for us. 

This class builds on foundational concepts taught in fundamentals of Psychic development.

This class will concentrate on the following practical and theoretical elements:

• Ethics, Morals and using Divine Guidance       
• Further exploration on rituals, prayer and meditation
• How to raise your vibration to the energy of love and compassion to serve humanity and your soul purpose.
• Trusting your own knowing and feeling.
• Exploration and Practice with different Divination methods
• Connecting to your Divine Master teacher
• Practice of Discernment between your own energy and that of others in human or Spirit form.
• Discern between past, present and future information
• Begin to create Pictionary and  Symbols to help you understand information.

Fall Celebration Chakra Balance with Chakradance

Jumping from Summer to Fall can leave many of us feeling "eghik". Our bodies are disoriented due to the time change, our sleep patterns are disturbed and we literally feel out of sync. It  takes time for the body to adjust and during that time we are well....traumatized! BUT....It doesn't have to be that way.   In this 3-hour workshop we dance through all 7 chakras. You will be able to releasing what no longer serves you, clear your mind, balance your chakras, and cleanse your aura.   This workshop is designed to specifically prepare your energetic body for Fall and the energies that you will encounter.   We begin this workshop with an opening meditation, move into a warm-up dance, and then we enter into one long dance starting at the crown chakra and moving down through each chakra to the base.   Typically we like to start at the root and go up, however to ground we must go down so we will be starting at the top.   We then close with an integration dance (integrating our experience) and a relaxation meditation.

Your experience will take place in a dimly lit room as we move to music created to resonate with the vibrations of each of our 7 major chakras.   We dance with our eyes mainly closed, and our attention turned inwards, for unlike most other dance practices, Chakradance is about making a connection with our inner world – the world of our imagination, feelings, intuition and senses.  There's no right or wrong way to Chakradance. It’s a journey of self-discovery. Each chakra is explored through specific music, guided imagery and your own free, improvised dance, done with your eyes softly closed. This begins to activate inner experiences.   It’s almost like entering into a waking dream. You may see images in your mind’s eye while you are dancing or gain insights. You may also experience feelings, emotions or physical sensations. 

The practice of Chakradance puts you in touch with the sacred, both within yourself and within the universe. It helps you connect with your soul.
