We're excited to announce that we'll be celebrating Dungeon & Dragons' 50th anniversary with an event we're calling Passport to the Infinite Staircase! The full details can be found here, but we'll be running a gauntlet of remastered adventures across a ten day celebration—the more sessions survived, the more fabulous the prizes! |

GM Max's mom (in the sunglasses on the left) has worked for the Saturday Market going on 30 years, bringing him along since he was a kid. Here's an 18 year old Max at the Market (on the right), wearing what appears to be a spiked jean vest with a cute little duck pin on it. |

This also happens to be the 50th anniversary of the Portland Saturday Market, which has been a staple of GM Max's life for a very long time. We'll be partnering with them on a special fantasy scavenger hunt on 9/1 to kick off our celebration, with our friends Board Bard Games providing free custom miniatures to all participants. The games themselves begin 9/6 as part of the first ever Geek Week PDX, the world's first city wide comic con. We hope to see you for some concentrated nerdery! |

Beware the Chuggernaut, My Son... |
To coincide with the Chapter 3 finale of The Leyfarer's Chronicle, Ryes of the Chuggernaut is now available at the bar! Ryes of the Chuggernaught is a 7.3% Black Rye IPA. The spicy rye malt gives this ale a full mouthfeel and big toasty flavors with balanced hop bitterness from Pacifica and Columbus hops.
Beware the chuggernaut, my son, Its double-tap and keg-stand stun. But if you can't avoid a fight, then drink it down to sap its might. We also have two new cocktails to mark the occasion, each a comforting hug... Oatmeal: Appleton Estates Jamaican Rum, Kahlua, Cinnamon Simple Syrup, Oat Milk, Nutmeg And the non-alcoholic version, Beetleborne: Seedlip Spice, Vanilla, Oat Milk, Cinnamon Simple Syrup, Chocolate Bitters, Nutmeg

Oatmeal (left) in a collins glass and Beetleborne (right) in a rocks glass, both looking very Horchata-like and adorned with nutmeg. The Lazarus Machine miniature (thank you Printable Heroes) from our finale looms ominously in the background, bigger than either drink. |

Now Presenting: Corporate Bookings (& a sneaky award update!) |
A few of you have already booked us for private games at your office and we enjoyed it so much we made it an official option! Roleplaying is a great teambuilding activity and we have some fun adventures queued up to push your teamwork to the limit (well, if you want to survive.) This booking option is available under the GAMING menu, or directly here, and we can even bring our award winning beers with us. Did we say award winning beers, plural? We did! We just found out Improvised Weapon Guava took home a bronze at the U.S. Open Beer Championship, making it our second medal-winning beer! Improvised Weapon is currently off the menu (it went fast as the summer started heating up), but we have a new batch coming soon with a new fruit that we're quite excited about. For those of you following our Leyfarer Quest schedule, you might say it's a Beach Day classic... |

We hope you're all staying cool and we'll see you soon! - Team TPK |
