LIFE ALIGNMENT
Most of us strive to align our goals and actions so at some point we realize our aspirations. Similarly, we recognize the challenge of achieving such alignment. When not, this may translate to the so-called "mid-life crisis" later in life, or a perpetual search for "your passion" or the often cited work-life imbalance.
This is where the Living Your Life Framework has value, both for you personally and for your legacy. It is designed to contextualize the multiple facets of life that we all invariably face and must account for or deal with ... us and our children.
The startpoint, in my view, is setting your expectations. Which is inherent for all of us, whether consciously or subconsciously. Often traced back to our childhood experiences - things we did well, if/how we were encouraged and what we dreamed of growing up. What that looks like ... will be further explored next month.
