Courage Club Corner

We had a very special Courage Club event in October. The Rea Family opened their home to members of our Courage Club and their families to enjoy dinner, a beautiful evening on the water, and free professional family photo sessions (and printing rights). This was truly a team effort and we have many thank yous. Check out our social media pages to see some of the incredible photos taken. A group photo of those Courage Club members who were able to attend the event is below. They represent just a fraction of those impacted by the generosity of so many!

Thank you to the following individuals and businesses who made our "Under the Oaks, Over the Sound" event such a special evening for our Courage Club families.

Fitness Force!

For the next few months, our Fitness Force volunteers and coaches will be focused on our 5k training through Ulman Foundation's Cancer to 5K program. We held our first practice of this (our second) season November 2nd and are working towards a goal race in late January.

Congratulations to Torie Dingler!

Torie is an active member of our Courage Club and our Fitness Force. Outside of official Boon Project events, she disciplines herself to workout regularly at a gym where she's a member. She's also in school to be a nurse and is a great friend and encourage to so many in our group. We are proud to award Torie with a Fitness Force scholarship! For the next 3 months, her gym membership is covered so she can focus on school and life expenses while still working towards her wellness goals.

Keep up the great work Torie!
