Sparkle Restore wishes you a warm thank you to all our loyal customers and to our new customers for using our services.  We are a local family business and keeping it local feels more important than ever right now in these tricky times.  We have had some beautiful weather and with these long summer days it feels more important than ever to have a clear view out of your windows.  Don't forget as well as windows we also clean gutters, solar panels, upvc and conservatories. 

 

Sparkle Restore are pleased to announce that as well as having a 4th van commissioned we have just taken on a new member of staff and have a variety of offers. We would like to say a warm welcome to Dave who joined the Sparkle Restore team full time in July 2020.

 

He is a family man with three children and an established street artist. 

 

An interesting fact about  Dave is that he has painted live on BBC's National Children's Bravery Award and for many charities and schools, including support for meningitis. He has been a part of Bristol's famous Upfest for 6 years.

TERMS & CONDITIONS UPDATE

 

We have recently made changes to our terms & conditions. From September 2020 we will be adding 75p to  the price of the next clean, to cover admin costs on all payment methods other than GoCardless. This applies to residential customers only (exceptions may be applied on a case by case basis where customers genuinely cannot access the GoCardless service). 

Due to significant debt levels in our business effecting our ability to pay staff, from July 2020 we will be adding £5 credit charge if payment is not received within 7 days, followed by an additional £5 for each 7 day period thereafter to cover administration, debt chasing and lost revenue. 

 

From September your invoice will show the initial price and if we have not received payment within 7 days we will issue a new invoice with the fee addedd.

GoCardless is more secure than bank transfer, your account with us is updated immediately on payment as it synchronises with our planning and accounting software and it is essential to ensure our cash flow is sufficient to pay staff. COVID-19 EVOLVING STRATEGY

 

Now that the government are advising face masks should be worn in shops we are supplying our staff with face masks. These will be worn for any internal cleaning. We continue to use antibacterial wipes before and after entering properties and social distancing.
