Eagle Ranch Snow Removal

Snow has started to fall in Eagle Ranch and we want to take this opportunity to provide you with information related to snow removal operations in our community. Eagle Ranch Association has contracted for snow removal services for sidewalks and recreation paths throughout Eagle Ranch. This year, we contracted with a new provider for sidewalk snow removal services, and they are committed to providing our community with the best service possible. Snow removal will occur when three (3) or more inches of un-drifted snow accumulates on sidewalks. Homeowners are encouraged to use the link below to ask questions or express concerns.

Residents that live in the following neighborhoods should contact the sub-association with any questions or concerns. Sub-associations are responsible for snow removal from sidewalks and alley's.

Village Homes - EPOCH Property Management - 720-547-3007

Aidan Ranch - Bold Property Management - 970-390-2058

Addison Center, Castle Peak Condominiums - Walter Management Group - 970-926-5748

1020 Capitol, Castle View Townhomes - Integrity Property Management - 970-763-8597

Founders Place, Sylvan Place Condominiums - Elevated Colorado Mgmt. - 970-471-3296

The Town of Eagle provides snow removal services on all roadways. Please contact the Public Works Department at 970-328-6678 for any questions or concerns.

The Eagle Police Department is looking forward to cooperation from all of the residents in the Eagle Ranch Village Homes area to comply with the Town's Ordinance regarding the parking of vehicles on the street during a snow event. The law is specific and self -explanatory; however should you have any questions you may call 970-479-2200 and ask to speak to an officer with Eagle Police Department.

The below restrictions are in effect if two (2) or more inches of un-drifted snow accumulates and is in effect for seventy-two (72) hours after the snowfall ends.

  1. No parking on the odd-numbered side of the street on odd calendar days and there is no parking on the even side of the street on even calendar days.

  2. Restrictions are in place from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.

All of the streets in the Eagle Ranch Neighborhood District are designated Emergency Snow Routes except Capitol Street. Further, all Emergency Snow Routes follow the odd/even schedule except for Eagle Ranch Road south of Sylvan Lake Road (by the Brush Creek Elementary School). For this section, no parking is allowed on either side of the street during snow events.

Jason Berghauer joins the Eagle Ranch staff as the new Design Review Administrator, beginning January 1, 2024. Jason brings years of design experience to the community. He was previously a member of his Design Review Board and understands the process and the roles and responsibilities of the board members. He will be working with our current contracted administrator for the next few months to gain insight into the Eagle Ranch Design Guidelines and how these apply to the built environment in our neighborhoods.

Furry Friends

Eagle Ranch is full of Furry Friends and active owners. We love our pets and the area we live in to play with them. Respect your neighbors, and remember that not all animals and humans are friends. Please abide by Section 8.12.060 of the Town of Eagle Town Code which expressly prohibits dogs to be off-leash when not on the owners premises, or a designated dog park.

Eagle Ranch Golf Course requires all dogs to be on-leash and respecting the wildlife at all times. Follow these simple steps to help protect all members of our community:

  1. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

  2. Pick up after your dog.

  3. If you see wildlife, turn around and go the other direction.

  4. Respect homeowner property. Do not trespass.

  5. Stay on groomed trails

  6. Trails are closed when it is dark.

Eagle Ranch has provided over 30 dog stations throughout the community. The convenient locations are for owners to pick up after there pets. Remember: There is no Poop Fairy!!

Do you feel uncomfortable or need to report a lost or barking dog? Call 970-328-3647 for Animal Service.
