CQC Inspection and Result

 We are very happy to announce that our Home has received a 'Good' rating in a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We have been eagerly awaiting an inspection, as we have been confident in our services provided over the last few years. This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of all of our care staff.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our team for their tireless efforts in providing excellent care and support to our residents. It is through their commitment and passion that we have been able to achieve this recognition.

Moving forward, we are committed to continuing to build on this success and ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to our residents. We will continue to work hard to maintain our standards and deliver the best possible care.

King's Coronation Party

We will be holding 2 parties on Wednesday 3rd May, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

We would like to invite relatives and friends to join their loved ones at the party. We will have a singer and refreshments available for everyone.

We would like people to register their interest with their preference for the morning or afternoon party.

If we get a lot of interest then we may need to limit the number of guests each resident has, if we don’t get too much interest, then we might only have one party in the afternoon. This will take place in the front car park under our gazebos.

Please speak with Sam or Tracey and let us know how many people would like to come, or you can leave a voicemail at reception.

Please let us know if you would like to come by 19th April, so we can prepare for this day.

Once all names are registered, we can let you know if we can accommodate everyone’s request.

Relatives and Friends Survey

We would like to begin by thanking everyone who has already completed our relatives and friends survey for 2023. We have received a lot of responses so far and we look forward to going through the feedback received next week.

If you have not yet completed this survey and you would like to provide us with feedback, the online survey will be closing tomorrow (Friday) evening. You can access the survey by clicking here.

If you are visiting our Home over the weekend, we still have a few paper copies available at Reception that can be completed before Monday.

After we have analysed the feedback, we will be in contact with people who left their contact details and we will arrange a meeting based on the your responses.

Thanks again for providing us with feedback, it will help us to continue to improve our services.
