Osiyo and welcome to 1839 Cherokee Meat Co. We’re a locally owned and operated meat processor here in Cherokee Nation. We provide our communities with safe, clean processing and healthy, high-quality meat. We offer a variety of meats, including beef and pork, with bison and wild game processing of deer and elk available in the future.
OUR HERD
At 1839 Cherokee Meat Co., we not only pride ourselves on the quality of our herd, but we also pride ourselves on how we treat our herd. With approximately 200 head of cattle and 250 bison, we closely manage and work our livestock, handling them with trust, respect and gratitude for all they provide to Cherokee citizens and our communities.
PROCESSING
Providing the best possible product is our passion and our priority. We pride ourselves on custom meat processing that is clean, safe, sustainable and affordable. We carefully prepare, cut process and package meat to your specifications.
