Per the 2018 NSCA Rulebook,
"Shoot Officials are responsible for ensuring that competitors are not allowed to shoot the course prior to the competition."
Anyone who shoots the course prior to the competition is INELIGIBLE to compete in the tournament. They may shoot for registered targets only, but will not be eligible for awards or punches. Their scores will be recorded as a re-entry score and will not be include in their class when determining punches."
