It's more than just Lahaina- though Lahaina is a must on everyone's travels. I especially enjoy 7 AM breakfast at the Pioneer Inn harborside and watch 'Coach' (golden retriever) mooch for his morning bacon snack- a ritual after his wake up swim. Beware if YOU ordered bacon--he will be sitting close by staring!
