We are still looking for senior members who are interested in becoming MAC reps! Senior members - please keep an eye on your emails (inbox and junk mail) for a message from Rayanne.
Any senior member, 18 years of age or older (NO exceptions), who interested in being the 4-H PEI YAC representative, please let Rayanne know.
Provincial Projects
Culinary Project
The Culinary Project Day has been postponed. The project is full. Jackie will be in touch with those who registered with information regarding a new date.
Market Beef Project
Photography Project
Registration for this Provincial Project is now live. We do need 25 participants for this project to go ahead... that being said, we have decided that Leaders can also sign up for this beneficial workshop, priority being given to members first.
We are so excited that we'll be able to offer 4-H PEI branded pottery to our merchandise options in the near future. Our very own Jen Sanderson (Color Me Ceramic) has been working hard to make some inventory!
The issue of emails from Provincial Staff not being delivered to recipients seems to still be an ongoing issue. Please ensure that you check your junk mail folder regularly, especially if you are waiting on something from a staff member. If you do find an email in the junk folder, mark the email address as "safe." Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over. Similarly, if you have sent an email to a staff and days have passed with no response, please give us a call to ensure your message was received!
For the upcoming 4-H year we are strongly encouraging our leaders and members to stay up to date with news and events by checking out the monthly newsletter and visiting the *newly updated* website regularly. This is in an effort to streamline information and ensure that information is easy to find for everyone. The website should be your first stop for info! That being said - there are things that we occasionally post to our Provincial Facebook page that may not be duplicated on the website, such as Club Reports. Leaders and Members will still be able to see these posts, regardless of if they have a Facebook account, by clicking the link that we provide in this newsletter. So please do not disregard future information that is connected to Facebook - you can still access it if you please!
