Let's remember President Hillman's "financial plan":

- Cut Income

- Stop Trying To Recruit New Students

- Underpay Faculty and Staff

- Fire Teachers

-Hire Many Extra Administrators

In June 2021, Mills College closed the year with a profit.

Between July 2020 and this spring,

it put almost $20M into investments,

increasing the endowment from $187M to $206M.

Yet, in 2020 Hillman told everyone that Mills was expecting a $6M deficit.

They actually closed the year with a $2M profit.

Hillman also publicly stated there would be a $14M deficit in 2021.

In reality, the College closed with a profit.

Despite all of the misleading financial information, Hillman will keep her job as President.

The All4Mills team is fired up and angry about all of these actions.

In the time that is left now, it is up to us who chose to be involved to make sure the College honors the AAMC legacy and it's 26,000+ alumnae.
