Euphoric Recall News
Euphoric Recall is our debut memoir by Scottish writer Aidan Martin. Set in West Lothian, it’s about a working class lad recovering from addiction, extreme trauma and violence. It's one of those compelling stories that once you get started, it's hard to put it down. Although it can be quite intense, Aidan has written this with such sincerity that it truly is inspiring.
There's been so much interest already that we decided to bumped up the release date to 1 October 2020. Pre-orders are available here: gutspublishing.com/euphoric-recall
For more info about Euphoric Recall, check out Aidan's Facebook page. He'll be posting a new excerpt sometime this week. Also, we've had loads of ER media attention, including an article in the West Lothian Courier and an interview with Mike Kelly at Regal Radio, describing the book as 'seethingly honest'.
Sending Nudes News
We've had so many messages from writers who missed the deadline for submissions, so we decided to extent the closing date to 1 October. Oh yeah, very excited about this anthology and can't wait to hear your take on this theme. Fiction, nonfiction and poetry. Unpublished writers are welcome. More details on our submissions page: gutspublishing.com/submissions
Memoir Submissions
We're actively looking for our next memoir. We love stories about art, music, travel, cyber life, mental health, etc — although any topic is fine. Unpublished writers are welcome to submit. Send us the first 5000 words, a one-page summary and your bio. Details on our submissions page. It may take us a while to review your work and get back to you, so if you've already sent something, thanks for your patience.
Well that's about it for now. Below is Ellie Stewart, author of 'Send Nudes' in our Cyber Smut anthology. Many thanks to James Burt (@jay_ed_burt) for the photo. And we've got an excerpt from Carmilla Voiez' review of Cyber Smut:
