In an era where digital presence is synonymous with visibility, the desire of local churches within our Conference to craft their unique online spaces is something we fully support! Many of you have requested assistance in navigating the process of creating, updating or changing your website. |
While we wish we could take a more hands-on approach, our department time and manpower limits us to only Conference endeavors. However, not all is lost! Below are some alternative options: 1. Third-Party Website Builders: Many user-friendly website builders, such as Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, or the option from the NAD (Adventist Church Connect, www.adventistchurchconnect.org), allow for easy website creation without much need for technical expertise. We personally use Wix for our website and have been happy with it for years. If you are concerned about the unavailability of someone to manage your website, the Adventist Church Connect option is a good one since it does not require a lot of updates. 2. Local Web Developers: Consider hiring a local web developer or engaging a tech-savvy member within your congregation who might be willing to volunteer their skills. This would provide a customized solution that caters specifically to your church's preferences. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions about starting or updating your web presence. We will help as much as we can! |

If you have attended one of our workshops in the past you will have heard of Unsplash, and if you haven't attended...here you go. Unsplash is a service that hosts "non copyright pictures." However, you can, if you so choose, tip the photographer. They have a fantastic database of images that you could use for your announcement slides, bulletin inserts, or advertising for upcoming health seminars. Check them out: Click Here |
