I hope you all had a lovely weekend and are enjoying a great start to the week.

Can you believe it is February already, where did January go? I made it through the school holidays and survived settling my eldest into her new school, which went well and without any hiccups. Now to juggle the different drop-off and pick-up times.

It has been a busy start to the year for me as I embark on more studies and during the last few months, I have also been working on myself and recently discovered the benefits of yoga with the lovely Rochelle @www.nrgcntr.com

I hope you take time out for yourself too.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
