Do You Like the Gateway Gab? You'll Love the Gateway Hub! |
You asked, and we delivered! Some of our Facebook-loving neighbors have been asking for a dedicated page for GVTH5 residents. Introducing the "Gateway Hub," a private Facebook Group page exclusively for our residents! Although any Facebook user is able to find our group, only recognized GVTH5 homeowners and residents will be allowed to join the Hub and post contents. All content posted on the group page is private - only available/viewable to the members, not the public. We hope to use the Hub as another way for neighbors to connect with each other - a way to share fun activities, photos, occasions and anything you think your neighbors might enjoy or might be important to know. If you are a Facebook user, you can search for Gateway Hub or simply click here and click the Join button. One of our group moderators will review and approve your request as soon as possible. We're looking forward to seeing how our Gateway Hub evolves as we get more and more users onto the platform. |

It's Officially Snake Season! |
In the past several days there were three snake incidents on GVTH5 homeowner’s property. (Two on Los Olmos and one on Los Robles) The fire department removed one rattlesnake and one gopher snake. Unfortunately, one rattlesnake escaped under a building on the property - so it's still "at large!" If you see a snake on your property, please do not try to remove it yourself. Call 520-629-9200 for GVTHFD snake removal service. Also, the ants are back with a vengeance. Please treat your property or sidewalk with an appropriate ant removal product. For those concerned about using ant killer that is safe to use around pets, birds, wildlife, and other animals, you may want to try Diatomaceous, especially in the food grade variant. It is available on Amazon, as well as local stores. Please read and adhere to all instructions regarding application. (It is best applied in the evening.) |
