With the kids home, I've been working around our property and building trails. I'm hoping to create a "Rotten Egg" event. This is a race done in heats (depending on the number of people). Let's say there are ten people in a heat. Those ten line up, and race the loop. The last person to finish is eliminated from the heat. We then continue to repeat loops until one person is left... The winner! Not sure how long the loop will be by I finish cutting in the trails, but I'm shooting for around 1 mile. We'll compete by gender, and if there are more than one heat per gender, the winners of each heat will have a final heat to determine the overall winner! That's the goal anyway! Stay tuned for this event! You'll see below other events I'm working on. I've also been reading and stock piling books on exercise physiology & coaching. With the current state of affairs, I haven't been able to sign up for my next certification from USAT&F, but there is another certification for Ultra Running I hope will be available online very soon. So, in the meantime, I'm continuing to learn and coach my current team of athletes. I still have spots available if you're interested. There's a section in here to learn more about my coaching services or to contact me. Thanks to Victor Mariano, we've updated the MR Runningpains website. You can now access archived Newsletters & Podcasts from the website. Check it out at https://www.mrrunningpains.com The MR Runningpains Podcast has continued to evolve. By the publish date of this newsletter, I will be on episode 11. It's been fun learning how to do this new media for me! I'm enjoying my conversations and the process. Learn more below. My YouTube Channel has also added new videos. I have started reviewing shoes and products on there as well! As the the trails open back up, I will add more running technique and form videos. I'll add some in the meantime and would love to hear what you would like to learn about! See my YouTube section below to subscribe to the Channel. |

Mrs. Aschwanden dives deep into the recovery process and pursues the truth as to what products/therapies have merit, and which are a waste of your time and money.
