Repairs Made Simple
We work with the owner to determine a dollar limit for repairs to be done without prior approval, usually $250. Any maintenance that exceeds this pre-determined limit will not be performed without the owner's approval except in the case of an emergency. We also have outside contractors for maintenance issues and oversee all maintenance services. Our availability is 24/7.
Leasing
Locating and placing the proper residents in your property in a timely manner is no easy task, and requires a unique combination of experience and discipline. We provide advertising on free and subscription based sites to gain maximum exposure at no extra cost to the homeowner, and we showcase homes with a walk-through video tours and wide-angle photo's.
