1994,1996, 2002, 2005, 2008...

Picking the low hanging fruit is important.  We have helped and continue to help our clients intervene early and resolve cases because like fruit, claims can become overripe and costly to their customers.

You missed some...

But like harvesting fruit, our customers may not always have the appropriate equipment, staff, or incentive to harvest the hard to reach fruit.

What happens if not picked

Harvesting wine grapes is one of the most critical steps in the process of wine-making. The time of harvest is determined by the ripeness of the grape as measured by sugar, acid and tannin levels.  The same holds true for case resolution.  Dying on the vine is a costly proposition.

It's never too late to call for help

This past year we helped clients harvest fruit from some very hard to reach places. Some of these costly cases were over a quarter of a century old, ranging from medical only state workers compensation claims to Longshore indemnity and medical cases.

Delivering value

How does your organization measure value?  Do you have a Claim Sommelier to help you select the right product for your taste and budget?  Some of the best pairings aren't always  on the menu.

Yes, we resolved numerous 2018 and 2019 cases.  But we also had clients who were looking for an experience off the printed menu.  We listened carefully and helped settle a variety of vintage cases, such as 1994,1996, 2002, 2005, 2008...

We want to be your Claim Sommelier.  Simply send us an e-mail with a list of the cases you want resolved or call Toby Wallis for a free consultation at 800.368.0248 x 22.
