Happy Sunday all,
 
I have a number of updates for you today! 
 
First, I am excited to share that on July 15th I officially pulled papers to run for Woodland School Board, Area 6. I am officially a candidate for Woodland School Board! 
 
If you are bummed because you were unable to attend my first fundraiser, you are in luck! Thanks to Jesse & Cruz Ortiz and Cirenio & Gloria Rodriguez, you have a second opportunity to attend a fundraiser on Wednesday August 7th in support of my campaign for Woodland School Board, Area 6. Please see the invitation below. 
 
As of today, I have knocked on 533 doors. I need your help to reach more of my neighbors. 
 
We will have a Campaign Volunteers' Orientation at my home on Sunday 7/28 at 9:30am. I need help to reach all high propensity voters in Area 6. Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering for my campaign (see sign up link below). Thank you to those that have already signed up.

Our kick-off was a success! 
 
I am delighted to share that we enjoyed a great kick off fundraiser at The Burger Saloon on Monday July 15th. I mean, look at all the beautiful smiling faces in this photo! 
 
A big thank you to event hosts Cirenio Rodriguez, Noel Rodriguez, Rogelio and Leticia Villagrana and Xóchitl and Antonio Murillo. 
 
It was an honor to share such a wonderful evening with our community, family and friends. Thank you, thank you.

 Your donations at work 
 With your donations I have been able to purchase a banner, stickers, business cards, fliers and buttons to help met get the word out about my campaign. I was also able to pay for the PDI subscription that gives me the list and contact information for all the high propensity voters in Area 6. As you all know, it is important for voters to know who I am and why am the right choice for their Area 6 Woodland School Board Trustee.

Campaign Needs: More fliers, lawn & highway signs, and candidate statement
 
Believe it or not, it is time to order a 2nd batch of fliers to help us get the word out about my campaign for Woodland School Board Trustee Area 6. Especially now that I will have a team of volunteers walking with me. 
 
I will soon need to order lawn signs and highway signs to help more voters learn about my campaign for School Board in Area 6 and to remind folks to vote for Dr. Claudia. 
 
I will also soon be submitting my candidate statement to be included in the voter information guide and the fee is $276 to have an English and Spanish statement. I hope to have the funds to help voters understand my candidate statement in languages other than English.

Walk with me I am committed to reaching all high-propensity voters in Area 6 and sharing with them why I am the best candidate for Woodland youth.  We have 2,962 households in Area 6 and I have already knocked on 533 doors. I could really use your help to reach all 2,962 households.  We will have a Campaign Volunteers' Orientation at my home on Sunday 7/28 at 9:30am.  If you haven't already, please sign up to volunteer and share my call for volunteers.  Together, we can do this!
