| | Legends Park Walkability Project - Fancie Terrell The goal of this project, Legend Park Walkability Project, is to improve walkability in Petersburg, VA. Legend Park is located in Petersburg, VA. Increasing walkability in the community will lead to increased access to community resources. | | |

| | ScholarCHIPS ScholarCHIPS’ mission is to provide college scholarships, mentoring, mental health supports, and a peer support network to college-bound young adults who have incarcerated parents, inspiring them to complete their college education. | | |

| | The Good News Community Kitchen To rebuild and strengthen communities by fighting hunger one meal at a time. T.G.N.C.K. is a 501(c)3 organization that provides hunger relief to those who are hungry and in need in the Northern Virginia and D.C. commuting area. | | |

| | Zyahna Bryant The goal of her work, BGB - Black Girl Builders, in its current form is to prioritize the needs of Black youth in the Charlottesville/Albemarle community. The goal is to create a broader support network with Black women and girls in the community to create a nurturing community for young people. | | |

| | Bianca Myrick When she was working as a fifth and sixth grade teacher in Chesterfield County and Petersburg schools, Bianca Myrick began noticing the special educational and emotional needs that her young female students had. She began her mentorship organization, Pretty Purposed, with seven girls in 2015. It now serves 175 in twelve area schools from Richmond to Petersburg and into Dinwiddie and Sussex counties. | | |

| | Abbey Philips She is the founder of Advocacy Lab which provides a corrective resource that offers free and sliding scale services. “It’s not just the General Assembly,” she says. “If someone needs to apply for a pardon, or is trying to figure out about a state grant, we can help them navigate that. It’s kind of like what I was doing for Jenn [McClellan]: constituent services.” | | |
