It's the end of the year, and its time for you to take a break. This will be the only newsletter not sent out, why?

 

Because you deserve a break, even from self improvement. We are a culture that focuses on burnout on pushing the limit on striving and competing and doing and rushing and bla and bla and BLAAAAAAAAAA.

 

Omg. just take a break. Enjoy your time, do nothing and don't feel guilty about it.

Literally nothing.. focus on doing nothing.

 

Its a lot harder than you think.

 

Do nothing and be okay with doing nothing.

Anything cozy. Coffee, Hot chocolate, Fuzzy socks, fuzzy slippers..honestly FUZZY EVERYTHING. Blankets, TV, jazz music, podcasts whatever you can do while you are snuggled up like a cozy bug.

Whatever makes you happy fill in the blank.

 

 

Doing nothing seems simple, but try it out. With the pressure we get from family, friends, society, THE LITERAL WORLD. We literally feel guilty doing it. Doing nothing is seen as a weakness, being lazy, but I see it as a challenge and a strength. Be able to stop and be okay with doing absolutely nothing. I'm going to try and *probably fail* but I will try harder. Good luck. Stay chill.
