Spoonie Self-Love: Take some time for yourself.

After having just celebrated Valentine's Day, we wanted to take the time to remind all of our Spoonie's to practice some self-love. Living with chronic illness/es can be challenging. We encourage taking this time to reflect on what makes you YOU, and practice some self-love with us!

It's easy to like ourselves when things are going well in our lives. We feel competent, friendly, smart and upbeat. When we're struggling with illness, though, our self-esteem can plummet.
