It was wonderful to greet physio patients through our new doors this week. Thank you so much for everyone's kind comments about our new home.

Our new sign made it up outside too.

The bathroom gave us some challenges this week - the only wall we hadn't taken down was damp and chief builder Wayne said it wasn't good enough...

Wayne had to take the plasterboard off, take out the damp insulation, replace it with new insulation and then put new pasteboard on!

So the bathroom is being decorated again...

Reception is still work in progress but it's been like a dream come true as customers come in and out, every time someone steps through those doors it gives us so much joy and gratitude.

Phil has been so busy this week.

Seeing patients at the Garden Clinic and at Harley Street, rubbing walls downs and painting in the evenings.

But the new computer screen in the new office has been very demanding of his time too. I can't tell you how many 'leads' we have brought to try and get it to work and talk to our systems. Still, Phil remains smiling.

Meanwhile, Sarah is carrying an injury after a horrid fall. Nothing to worry about but Sarah is still very sore - even a week later. It has been suggested that it was very convenient as it got her out of the painting (ha ha) ...of course, having a Physio as a husband is also convenient and we are confident Sarah will be bouncing around again soon.

So much painting

Wayne, Brian & Phil have been super busy. Plus, our friend Thomas (Becky's husband) helped this Sunday. Jane, Shweta & Veena offered help earlier in the week but we weren't quite at the painting stage at that point.

Then work started on the studio.

Don't they look great in their blue suits ...ha ha

The studio is getting closer to being ready to open.

We have two main lights that look like skylights which are also dimmable, and then some fun up-down wall lights that can change colour.

The sun sets out the back doors so this room is going to be so beautiful. When our 'visitors' see this room, they say it looks much bigger than the photos. So we think it will have a very powerful transformation.

Soon Phil can put all his energy back into what he loves most.

The whole Physio team are loving getting back into the swing of things.

The physio team appear to be photo shy but we will try to get some photos of them this week!

This week...

The new studio sliding door arrives.

We have some extra window signs arriving.

Sarah is working on firming up the new studio timetable.

We hope to have a studio opening date confirmed later this week.

Painting in the studio continues, as does work in the toilet and staff kitchen.

The physios are back to all their normal hours seeing patients at our new home.

We also have some postcards that are going to be put through local doors towards the end of the week...see below. They also make for a handy calendar. There will be some on our reception desk too if you would like one.

We have two fire doors that we are looking to sell.

They are in good condition.

These meet the regulation of giving you 30 minutes of containing a fire on a shut room.

They were meant to go on our studio room and staff kitchen but they are the wrong size, so we are looking to sell them to help go towards the costs of the two new doors.

Fire doors are more expensive than an average internal door.

If you know anybody that might be interested please let us know.

We are asking for £100 a door which includes all the hardware (handle, lock, hinges etc).
