Practice your loudest “B-I-N-G-O” yell. You could be the next big winner!  Join in for fun and fellowship at Bingo night every Sunday at 4:00 p.m.  The cost is $0.50 per card, per game.

Taco ‘bout fun!  It’s Taco Tuesday! Tuesday, August 23rd at 5:00 p.m.  A sign-up sheet can be found in The Pavilion.  Please sign up to bring something and come to enjoy tacos and fellowship!

Grill and Share will be Saturday, August 13th at 5:00 p.m. at The Pavilion.  Bring your own meat to grill, a dish to share, and your drink of choice.  Join in for social hour prior to grill and share at 4:00 p.m.

Woodfield’s 3rd Annual Parade of Homes and Poker Run will be on Friday, August 19th.  Meet Chris at The Pavilion at 11:00 a.m. to receive your poker card.  Look for the Parade of Homes signs on participating homes and stop by each participating house to take a tour and draw a card.  Turn your poker card into the Sales Office by 2:00 p.m. for scoring.  There will be prizes awarded for the top two best hands and the lowest hand.  Meet back at The Pavilion at 3:00 p.m. for awards.

WOODFIELD UPDATES & REMINDERS

  • Winterizing – If you plan to have your home winterized upon your departure using an outside service, Woodfield recommends Ben Rush.  Ben services the entire White Mountain region and his schedule fills up fast so booking an appointment early is recommended.  He also leaves the area by October 31.  His contact information can be found here.  Please call him and do not text him as he does not receive text messages.

  • USPS - USPS no longer delivers packages to individual units.  The post office has agreed to place all oversized deliveries (those that won’t fit in mailbox) in the Pavilion.  A notification slip will be placed in the recipient's mailbox, indicating that a package is in the Pavilion.

  • Landscaping - Please remember to submit a landscape worksheet to the RV office for approval prior to starting any landscaping.

  • Service Requests - If you would like to request service (estimates, materials, services) from the Woodfield team please utilize the Service Request form.  It can be found on our website here.  Submitting a Service Request (also called a "work order") helps the Woodfield team stay organized and ensures proper scheduling.

  • Electric Payments - We no longer accept credit cards as payment for electric services; check or cash only.  An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the month, and we ask that you drop your payment in the RV office during RV office business hours or in the payment box that is attached just outside the office for your convenience.  We will accept a bulk payment in the form of a check and credit your account.  Each month, we will debit the monthly electric amount from that account credit.  Submit a bulk payment for the remainder of the season and be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate of your choice for Pizza Factory, Licano's, or Walmart.

  • Resale Homes - If you are contemplating the sale of your home, please be aware that specific procedures must be followed.  It is important that you schedule an appointment with the office prior to initiating any sale activity.  Also, please note that a transfer fee will apply to all resales.

  • Pets - It is important that all pet owners follow the pet policies of the Park.  All waste must be picked up and disposed of promptly.  All pets, including cats, must be fenced or kept on a leash, when outside.  Pets must never be tied up outside and left unattended.  Pets must be accompanied by owners and under voice command/control at all times inside Woodfield.  Pets may not use any site, other than your own, as "potty spots" or “dog runs”.

  • Wi-Fi - Wi-Fi internet is intended to be used for simple internet communication such as sending and receiving email as well as basic web surfing for personal use.  Streaming video is prohibited.  Each site is limited to (2) devices connected to the Wi-Fi network at any given time.  Stop by the RV office during RV office hours or Email office@woodfieldrv.com to receive the Wi-Fi password.  Wi-Fi is supported by Rim Tech Solutions.  Please call 844-906-0658 if you have issues with the Wi-Fi.

  • Lending Library - There is a lending library in The Pavilion.  It is full of books and DVDs for our residents to borrow.  Please feel free to take a book or DVD and return it when you are finished.  Have a book or DVD you’d like to donate to the lending library?  Just place it on the shelves with the others…and thank you!

  • Park Etiquette - We know it's tempting to cut through the back of your site and through your neighbors' site or driveway behind your home but please do not do it.  Please use the roadway while walking instead of taking a shortcut by cutting through other sites. We understand that taking shortcuts by walking through other sites saves time and energy but please respect your neighbors’ space and privacy.

  • Rocks/Trees - Please do not take any native rocks or other materials (down/dead wood) from neighboring lots or Woodfield property.  If you would like to purchase native rocks or materials, please submit a service request to receive a price.
