Thanks for all the love at our recent 8th Annual Scholar Celebration. There were cheers and tears as we gathered our scholars, their families, our mentors, donors and friends to greet our newest First Year college students and congratulate our graduating college seniors, the Class of 2021. We invite you to watch the entire 30-minute program if you missed it. Marc Wollin, a talented event producer, generously directed the program showcasing the mission and vision of Campus Bound Scholars. |

The centerpiece of the night was a conversation with Hanami Robles, a Class of 2019 scholar and Michelle Fatibene, President, CBS Board of Directors. This powerful mentor / mentee duo discussed their shared experiences over the 4 years of Hanami’s college career, and advice for other scholars. In a lovely 'circle of life' moment, Hanami is the first Campus Bound Scholar mentee to become a mentor to an incoming college student. This milestone marks the realization of our dream to help college students succeed and then for our graduates to pay it forward to the next generation. None of this would be possible without the continued support of everyone who has helped Campus Bound Scholars on our 8 year journey. We appreciate your time, your ideas, your energy and enthusiasm. And yes, we very much appreciate your financial contributions! Thank you for allowing us to do what we love to do. |
