Integrity TestingNeumen`s research will focus on understanding and applying integrity testing in personnel selection. Sackett et al.'s (2022) article on the systematic overcorrection for range restriction in measurement validity will be analyzed. We will contact HR Managers to discuss the application and efficiency of integrity testing in their organizations and identify distinctions between the USA and Europe. Through concise 6-question interviews, the goal is to uncover differences in the use of integrity testing and identify gaps between research and practice. If you are a specialist in the field of personnel selection with a deep understanding or practical experience in integrity testing, your insights would be invaluable to this research. Collaboration Lumina Learning & Neumen Since the beginning of this year, we have been collaborating with the exceptional team at Lumina Learning. | | Lilia Sarry: Junior Consultant I have a diverse background in Mathematics and Psychology. Initially, I studied Mathematics at university but switched to Psychology after two years. I recently graduated from VU with a Master's in Work and Organizational Psychology. During my studies, I worked as a Math tutor and completed a psychological consulting program. Additionally, I completed internships in cybersecurity and culture and leadership development at Heineken. I'm supporting Dimmy and Vincent with various tasks and taking on responsibilities for assessment centre administration. Currently, I am working on Neumen's visual identity and occasionally content, including presentations, website pages, and this newsletter. Along with Dimmy, we are developing a training session on personality questionnaires for August 20th. I am passionate about personality assessment, research, data analytics, and design, and I aim to incorporate these elements into my future work. I am eager to explore new areas and aspire to grow into a managerial position. |

| | Lyuba Ivanova: Intern I completed a bachelor’s in psychology at Tilburg University, specializing in Forensic Psychology. Working as a recruiter to obtain work experience and improve my Dutch language skills sparked my interest in organizational processes and personality assessment. This led me to pursue a master's in Social and Organizational Psychology at Leiden University, where I am currently enrolled. I am currently doing research on integrity testing, evaluating knowledge from academic background and from data which is collected from a variety of professionals within the field of personality and talent assessment. Interning at Neumen has expanded my knowledge, skills, and connections, deepening my interest in personality assessment, consultancy, and research. I look forward to completing my master's and starting a career in personality assessment trends and product research, with a focus on consultancy to enhance product performance. |
