The ground is thawing and leaves are starting to bud on the trees! Lake property owners have seen unprecedented ice heaves on their shores this year from the record-breaking number of freeze/thaw cycles we have seen this past winter.

If you have an ice heave on your shore, it is really important that you get that remedied this calendar year. If you do not, the county will consider it a historic ice heave and you will not be allowed to remove it.
