April Newsletter

The NSW State Election is over for another four years and the Labor Government has been sworn in and set to implement its own policy agenda.

Unlike early post election predictions the Labor Government has won 45 seats and not the 47 needed to govern in its own right. This will mean ongoing collaboration with any two of the nine independent or minor party MPs to support any piece of legislation Labor wants passed.

More locally, thanks to all the candidates who stood for election in the four State seats within the Mackellar electorate boundary.

Voices of Mackellar congratulates Rory Amon (Liberal, Pittwater), Michael Regan (Independent, Wakehurst), Matt Cross (Liberal, Davidson) and James Griffin (Liberal, Manly) as the successfully elected State MPs here on the Northern Beaches.

We look forward to helping their constituents engage with them.
