“IT’S SUMMER BRRAK! Well for most, some of our athletes have year around school.
Nonetheless, we have made it through another school year!
I encourage you to relax and re-energize over the next two weeks as you prepare for summer conditioning.
During this time, select the book(s) you will read and math apps you will use to improve your literacy and math skills, and start a list of three (3) vocabulary words you will learn weekly.
YES! Learning and making yourself better never ends!
Dedicate 2 hours a day, Monday-Thursday, to maintain and hopefully improve your academic skills.
Also, I encourage you to focus on your physical and mental well-being. We must be a WHOLE, well-maintained person as well.
Now is also the time to get a physical check-up and take a vacation, even if it’s a stay-cation.
We only get one shot at this game called “Life,” so don’t cheat by not caring for yourself.” #BLTSNetwork
