Hey friends! I've been reviewing some of my BQ journals and realized how I've tucked in the #ArmorofGod different ways. From bookmarks to entries in my ABC Bible Quilt, this powerful concept has infiltrated my journals over the years and I love the variety of reminders to Armor UP in whatever season we're in. |

We're more than halfway through our monthly verses. Here's how my page is shaping up... and check out Deb & Linda's too! |

What are you learning as you work on your monthly pages, the SHIELD, or your freestyle pages? I recently was blessed to have some Bible Quilting time with my son and his girlfriend before they headed back to college for the fall semester. We had a sweet time together decorating the Armor of God page. (Thanks to Alice, our Alabama BQ friend who designed this template.) |

Ready to expand how you're using the Armor of God throughout your journals? Try creating a Prayer page using some of the verses from this month's list. |

As our kiddos head back to school, consider making specific prayer pages over them. Here's an example of one I did on an ABC Patchwork template for one my sons a couple years ago. Each letter serves as a mental cue as I pray for him on my morning walks, capturing each attribute A to Z. |

Back-to-school Prayers from A to ZEach year we hope our kids mature in their spiritual walk just as they're growing in other areas, right? Prayer is a great way to start. |

As you reclaim your house from the busy-ness of summer activities and start transitioning into the next season, you may want to add some prayer pages on home, family & community to your BQ journal. Here are some tabs to help you get started: |
