Life doesn't stay the same
What a lot of changes 2020 has brought. Productivity may have increased for those who are public facing, or 'front line', some people may be working from home resulting in opportunities to multi task, putting more into each day, which can be both rewarding and exhausting. For others, for various reasons, may find themselves with more time at home, and this can be welcomed, or challenging at times.
Other areas of our lives change constantly, whether this is within our relationships, work-life, or experiencing loss and grief, or anxiety and depression. Sometimes it can be difficult to recognise that to begin working through these thoughts and emotions, we might need to talk with somebody outside of the situation. Often, we may not be able to 'put a label' on how we are feeling, we may feel 'stuck' and just need support from a professional.
