Reorganization During COVID

The Provincial Office is open by appointment only. Please call or email the office or the Staff member you are looking to meet with at least one day prior to the date you would like to meet.

There are considerations that your club should think about when planning an in-person activity of any size.  This list is not meant to be exhaustive and you are encouraged to follow PEI’s Public Health updated guidelines.  We will do our best to provide updates to Overall Leaders over the 4-H year as things may change. To view all of these requirements and resources please click the button below!

2021 Club to Club Exchanges - Pre-program Survey

The Club to Club Exchange program is a reciprocal home-stay exchange, 7 to 10 days in length that matches 4-H clubs in Canada with a similar 4-H club in a different province. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, 4-H Canada is surveying club leaders to gather information on the comfort level and interest of clubs for the possibility of running this program in the summer of 2021.

4-H Canada Survey

4-H Canada is in the process of planning its 2021 Summer programming and we are wanting to reach out to ask if you could share the below short survey to any 4-H Leaders, Clubs or potential participants.

The short survey is to gauge the comfort level and interest of clubs for the possibility of running the Club to Club Exchange program in the summer of 2021.

We would ask that the survey be completed by October 2.

All responses are anonymous and the responses to the survey will help us to determine whether to move forward with this program in 2021.

Thank you very much for all your help.
