Introducing Cushions for Charities: a personal project using remnant fabrics, making them into cushions and selling the finished product with 10% of the sales going to charity. This month (May) I will be supporting Women's Aid (see details below). These cushions are exclusive to Movers & Shakers subscribers and are 'one-off's'. I will be selling the cushions in pairs and sets of three, apart from the odd cushion where there hasn't been enough fabric to make more than one.

| | This week we are treated to two recipes from the renown Quo Vadis the historic Soho restaurant and members' club based on Dean Street, London. I'm joining Christopher Brown in putting my hand up to it being one of my favourite restaurants in town. Mouth-watering food, decadent cocktails, slick interiors and exceptional service, what else would you expect from the Hart boys and their team. | | |

Short, no longer than 30 minutes, to the point, discussions and facts on subjects such as teeth whitening products - do they stand up to the claims made by their manufacturers to putting caffeine shampoo and other hair products through the evidence mill.
