It may be the case that you were never shown how to love yourself. You may have never even been taught that you were deserving of love. Now you may be in a place where you neither know how to love yourself...or believe that you even deserve love in the first place. What you need to know is that you deserved better. What you need to know is, you can LEARN to love yourself.
