Before heading to Kenya over a year ago, we asked you to partner

with us through prayer and financial support.

- Many of you said YES! -

Here's a snapshot of what has been done through YOUR support.

It's pretty amazing!

  • 13 more kids were rescued last year
  • 5 children recently arrived
  • 108 children total!
  • 19 kids had significant physical healing
  • 21 kids learned to forgive and to love
  • 10 kids+2 staff gave their lives to Christ
  • 15 kids decided to go deeper in their    relationship with God
  • 58 kids greatly improved their grades
  • 18 kids were in the top 10 in their class
  •  24 kids gained new found confidence while discovering new talets
  • One completed her Associates Degree

   and she is employed in her degree field

  • One compleated a training program
  • 3 others are now enrolled in college

Thank you to those who have been supporting us and the ministry here in Kenya. We truly treasure your sacrifice and care for us! While we were in the USA we shared with our home church that we need additional financial partners. Here’s why:

 

1) Some of our generous donors are no longer able to partner with us financially due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

2) After reviewing our first year estimated budget, we have found a few things to be much higher then expected such as a big rise in our health insurance cost.

 

3) We also found the need to add language school, which has proven to be a huge asset in building relationships with staff, children and those in our community.

Some of our partners have recently shared that they would like to simply increase their monthly support. If you would like to do that as well, just click HERE. It will allow you to send us an e-mail that we will forward to the First Love International office.
