With the 2017 show season kicking off shortly, we are pleased to share some exciting new changes with you.
The first change affects the judging section of the show. Although exhibits still compete in their respective breeds, the colour and pattern groupings are handled differently, as detailed below.
GR 1: Solid
White, Dominant and/or Recessive/Dilute exhibits (incl. Tortoiseshells)
GR 2: Bi-Colour and with white*
Dominant and/or Recessive/Dilute exhibits (incl. Tortoiseshells)
GR 3: Harlequin/Van
Dominant and/or Recessive/Dilute exhibits (incl. Tortoiseshells)
GR 4: Solid Pointed
Dominant and/or Recessive/Dilute exhibits (incl. all Burmese, Tonkinese and Himalayan pointed colours)
GR 5: Solid Pointed Bi-Colours and with white*
Dominant and/or Recessive/Dilute exhibits
GR 6: Solid Pointed Harlequin/Van
Dominant and/or Recessive/Dilute exhibits
GR 7: Solid Pointed Tabbies
Dominant and/or Recessive/Dilute exhibits (incl. all Burmese, Tonkinese and Himalayan pointed colours)
GR 8: Pointed Tabby Bi-Colours and with white*
