Today is the Winter Solstice 21 December 2016 |

Today is the Winter Solstice - a time for you to reflect on the year and envisage what 2017 may hold for you. I am quite pleased with what I have accomplished with my business this year and I have so enjoyed adding Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and pregnancy massage to my repertoire. I so look forward to having many, many more of you in my therapy room in 2017. |

December 21st is the Winter Solstice. An ancient celebration of the seasons. The shortest day and the longest night of the year. With tomorrow's new dawn we begin our journey into the new year. And for many this is a time to reflect on the year that has been and make plans or affirmations for the coming year. |
So take some time to find your stillness today and think about how you want the next year to play out. Or even better, take some time out and just be. |

If you are thinking ahead to how you can make positive changes in 2017, perhaps I can help. I offer massage, Reiki and homeopathy from my peaceful therapy room in Mengham on Hayling Island and I am available Mondays to Saturdays and evenings too. |
Choose from Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, Indian head or natural facelift massage, Reiki or indulge in one of my popular combination 90 minute Super sessions. I so look forward to meeting you! - Leslie |

Focus on... pregnancy massage Are you welcoming a new baby into your life in the new year? Pregnancy is such a special time and it is important for you to feel nurtured as you prepare yourself for the new arrival. And it is such a privilege to work with massage for mums-to-be as I have in the past with Reiki and homeopathy. |
