Short testimony - We left, by faith, the Friuli region of Italy to come to the Veneto region on September 20th. We rented out a small bungalow at a campsite on the edge of Mestre city and began searching for an apartment to rent that met our needs, but it was anything but easy to find an adequate living solution where we could remain for the next 5-8 years while growing as a family and doing fruitful ministry to the people of this city.
After days of searching to no avail, and having visited almost every housing agency in the city we were stuck. Countless agencies simply had nothing to show us. Day after day and hour after hour in prayer, but nothing. What was the Lord doing?! We realized that through all this we were able to learn well the layout of the city and area and we were even able to expose every housing agency to evangelical church planters (something that never even crossed their minds before since they don't even know what an evangelical church is) - in this we sowed the gospel, naturally. We believe however, above all, He was doing a unique work of consecration in our hearts before we begin this next church plant. We feel as if we have been made anew all over again! God is good <img height="22" src="https://static.wixstatic.com/media/5e9922_c812a646f00a4a9eb04d1d8f44771c57.png_256" width="22">
It was then, with your prayers reaching the Lord, that we found a place and within less than one week we were all-of-a-sudden living in that place after months of searching to no avail. Praise God.
To get our stuff from the storage in Pordenone to our new place we hired a crew of Africans from Ghana who were in need of work. *Now we are ready to begin reaching the lost, making disciples of Christ and being used by the Lord for the formation of this next church.
Please join us in prayer as we now begin daily evangelism efforts through tract distributions to sow the gospel to every home and family which currently is not thinking of God and if they are they certainly are not thinking right about Him. Distributing our custom-made tracts also helps us to find those who are already being drawn to the Father so we can teach them the ways of the Lord and make them into disciples of Jesus.
Once we are fully settled in we will share with you in a more personal way on the PMc Podcast and/or by Video Update both how the Lord has been working in our hearts in this season and what the initial evangelism phase starting with tracts actually looks like in practice.
