Reminder:  Annual MRBC General Membership Meeting

Thursday, May 12th from 6:00pm - 6:30pm

• Election of 2016-2017 MRBC Officers (See Nominating Slate and Note from Nomintating Chair Below)
• Current Financial Update and Budget Amendments - Reminder all approved financials to date are on MRC website in Parent Access Area.
• Approval of 2016-2017 Preliminary Budget - After General Membership approval will go to new McKamy Principal once appointed by LISD for review and approval.

2016-2017 McKamy Robotics Booster Club Officer Slate

The MRBC Nominating Committee presents the below slate for 2016-2017 McKamy Robotics Boosters Club Officers to be voted on at our Annual General Membership meeting on Thursday, May 12th at 6:00pm in McKamy Library:

President: Maureen Martin

Vice President: Lisa Hein

Treasurer: Sarita Mamillapali

Secretary: TBF (To Be Found / To Be Filled)

At this moment, the position for Secretary is still open and needs to be filled by end of our General Membership meeting. Please volunteer your time and effort to fill this mandatory position by LISD for MRBC to be a club next year. Our students are counting on us! As outgoing 8th grade parents we know how much MRC has positively impacted our children and can't imagine it going away.
