With Labour Day now in the books, we may have marked the unofficial end of summer but don't despair; we still have some good riding weather ahead of us. In fact, Autumn in Southern Ontario is a biker's delight; temperatures are a little cooler but still comfortable and as the leaves change colour, the landscape comes alive with reds and golds. 

The Niagara Escarpment is ground zero for fall leaf viewing and with oVc offering some great end of season deals, you have yet another reason to visit Acton! 

But before we get into the latest happenings at oVc, let's take a moment to congratulate our technician Kevin and his fiancee, Rachel, as they celebrate their wedding. Ken has "graciously" given Kevin some time off for a honeymoon and will be holding down the fort until Kevin returns the last week of September.

Customer Corner

It has been a busy time since the last update and we've had the pleasure of seeing some old friends drop by the shop. We've also met some new friends who've discovered the friendly, knowledgeable service Ken and Kevin provide each day.

Yet another SYM Wolf rider, Nicollete, stopped in to get her Wolf Classic serviced. oVc also changed the front sprocket to give her a little more zip on the highway. Happy riding, Nicollete!

Peter brought in his big Roadstar and Ural sidecar for a top-to-bottom review by the sidecar experts at oVc.

Here we have Catherine and Greg getting ready for their inaugural ride in their new burgandy Patrol, Congratulations guys!

All good things must come to an end and while Ken may have hung up his green tights and cape, the Green Bastard is now in Lyle's capable hands! Carry on, sir!

Mike brought in his big Kawi street bike for a quick oil change ... and a coffee.

Long time customer Bruce stopped in for service on his very unique, oVc special-ordered, single-wheel drive, Gear Up.

Mr. Engineer stopped in for a visit on his high-mileage Royal Enfield Bullet 500. The helmet screams "rocker" - the shorts and muscle shirt, not so much :-)

Send Us Your Ride Pictures!

Don’t forget to send in pictures of some of your favourite rides from this past summer. We’ll put everything together in an issue of the oVc Chronicles that we’ll send out later on as a way to help ward off the Winter blues.

Include a description including first names, where you went, and a little bit about what you did. Even if it’s just a ride to a neighbouring town for coffee, we want to hear about it and share the pictures with our readers.
