News You Can Use Welcome to the third issue of News You Can Use. As an Attorney since 2001, I have helped people with their Estate Plans and have prepared over 5000 Wills, Trusts, Advance Health Care Directives and Powers of Attorney. I recently opened Afsar Estate Planning and am primarily focused on Providing Estate Planning Expertly, Efficiently & Affordably. I just got back from Chicago where I was "In The Room Where It Happened" and experienced the Hamilton-Chicago Premiere, where my daughter, Arianna Afsar, is playing the role of Eliza Hamilton, Alexander Hamilton's wife. If you are interested in reading about Chicago and the Hamilton Premiere, you can read my Blog. |

'Hamilton' rising - Chicago production is ready for its debutNo doubt about it. Lin-Manuel Miranda got lucky with the name. Just say it: Alexander Hamilton. It has a built-in rhythm - perhaps not a strictly Shakespearean iambic pentameter grouping of beats, but its seven syllables fall so rhythmically, and so trippingly on the tongue (without any distortion of the natural pronunciation of that Founding Father's name) - that it seems made for music. |

Should Social Security's minimum benefit go up?Proposals suggest a boost would help some retirees, but it would come at a cost. Is a raise worth it?
