My path to the work I do today started with my homeopathy degree. During my degree I did 200 hours of student clinics, offering low cost homeopathy. This gave an insight into how what has happened to us in our lives impacts so strongly and unapologetically into our body. Manifesting as disease or pain.
I then went on to train in Reiki which was my grounding for the body work I do today. This also strengthened the supportive role that I have to play as a therapist, whether it is just making you feel comfortable in the room or taking things deeper and helping you to explore your emotions.
I now specialise in emotional support and I pride myself on providing a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential environment for you to explore what has happened in your life.
What has brought you to this point in your life? How is life impacting on your body, physically? And how can we break the cycle. And the reason I am so good at providing this supportive atmosphere is because I feel so deeply myself.
Following my trip to Glastonbury I have come home infused with exciting plans to take my practice into a slightly different direction. But a direction that is very authentic to who I am. This will take a while to manifest.... so keep watching this space ;)
In the meantime, I guarantee that, whatever you are looking for in your session - be it pummelling those achy muscles or working a bit deeper and helping you to break the cycle that is causing the pain - I will support you through the process and Listen to you with an open heart and mind. If this is the approach you are looking for just get in touch with me.
