  • Oahu ~ Honolulu Area Support Group ~ First Thursday of each month, 1:30-3PM. The group is meeting at Central Union Church, 1660 South Beretania, Women's Building.  Everyone is welcome  Thursday, Sept 6th 

 

  • Oahu ~ Hawaii Kai Support Group ~ Second Saturday of month, Sept 8 10-11:30 AM, Hawaii Kai Retirement Community 428 Kawaihae St., Hawaii Kai, HI 96825.

  • Oahu ~ Young Onset/Movers and Shakers ~ First Saturday of month, 10-11:30 AM Regency Park Condos Recreation Center (access via Chaminade University campus).  Next meeting Sept 1  

 

  • Big Island, Waimea Support Group ~ Second Wednesday of the month, from 1-3:00 PM at Tutu’s House in Waimea.  Next meeting will be Sept 12.   Madeline's PD exercise classes on hold for August and September.  

 

  • Big Island, Hilo Support Group ~ Last Friday of every month, 2-4 PM.  Meets at Office of Aging, Hilo: 1055 Kinoole St #101.  Next meeting August 31.

  • Kauai Support Group ~ Last Tuesday of every month, 5-6:30PM. Meets at Regency @ Puakea, 2130 Kaneka St, Lihue, HI 96766.  This month meeting August 28 is cancelled.

  • Maui Support Group ~ 1st Tuesday of each month 8:30 to 9:30am.  Meets at Hale Mahaolu Elima,11 Mahaolu Street, Kahului, HI 92736.  The next meeting will be Sept 4.  

 Maui exercise classes are being held by Risa Pascal ~  Tuesday and Thursdays at the same address from 10am to 11:00.  Improve your quality of life, increase your range of motion, increase functional strength and improve balance.  Risa Pascal is trained in my areas, yoga, tai chi, stretching, strength, balance. Exercise is guided to your level of ability.  Donation are accepted.
