We had a nice intimate turn out to our Christmas Party this year. We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas day filled with joy and gratefulness.
 
We also hope you have a safe and Happy New Year. 

We were not able to reserve a space for a meeting this week, December 28th. The next scheduled meeting will be Wednesday, January 4th.
 
Please enjoy the time off and come back to a new year filled with exciting activities that will help us reach our goal to offer wonderful programming for the youth in our community. 

Are you all getting the Family Recipes out? Are you ready to get your SMOKE on? We are looking forward to tasting the best of the best in our Rib cook-off and Potato Salad Contest at the EMO District 2nd Qtr. Conference on the Friday, 
Feb. 3, 2017 from 5-9pm

Remember out EMO District 2nd tr. Cnference is the weekend of Friday February 3th-Saturday, February 4th. On the EMO District 2nd Qtr. Conference on the Friday, Feb. 3, 2017 from 5-9pm. It will be a red, western theme, so dust off your chaps and get your cowboy hats ready for a night of fun and reminders of all the great things we have, are, and plan to do for a great year of activities for our youth. 

This years Oratorical Contest will be held at Rolla Middle School in the Music Room on Tuesday, January 24 at 6pm. We hope that many Optimists will come to show support to all the kids that have worked so hard to be a part of this Contest.
