London Legion high school track (sprints, hurdles & jumps) athletes will have an additional practice tomorrow Monday July 18 at 4:30.

Charlotte Prouse is now in Poland with Team Canada's Junior Team.
 
Charlotte will be competing starting on July 19.  Follow Charlotte's progress on the IAAF Website attached below.

IAAF World Junior T&F Championship Results

Ruach Padhal wins Canadian Junior T&F Silver Medal
 
At the Canadian Junior T&F Championship, Ruach Padhal, still only a Youth aged athlete, won the Silver medal at the 2016 Athletics Canada Junior T&F Championship held in Edmonton, Alberta.
 
Ruach has had an incredible 2016 T&F season and is currently ranked #1 Youth male in Canada in the 800m, and #4 Junior.

Mikenna Vanderheyden & Matthew MacGillivray named to Team Ontario. Olivia Gee smashed Ontario U15 80mh Record
 
London Legion athletes Mikenna Vanderheyden (1500m, 3000m, HJ) and Matthew MacGillivray (110mh, 400mh, 200m) have been selected to represent Team Ontario at the 2016 Canadian Legion Youth T&F Championship.
 
Gold medals performances were earned by club athletes Brooke Overholt (400mh) and Kyle Koyanagi (1200m).  Midget athlete Olivia Gee won a silver medal in the MG 80mh in a time of 11.88 breaking Jessica Zelinka's U15 record established in 1995.
