Purchasing and Design Services

Experience That Works  We are excited to start our next quarter century and continue our planned growth and expansion.  We are proud of the quality of our Purchasing and Design services, rewarded by long term and new client relationships, and thrilled that we have melded together 30 years of friendship and hard work to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional projects and services.

Experience At Work  We are in the model room phase for the design and purchasing of a 12-story, 356 room Starwood flagged property.  This project is unique because the local landscape is changing dramatically with the grandeur of gambling and casino licenses being granted.  We are striving to create a magnificent property that is well situated to compete in this landscape, while maintaining the appropriate room rates attractive to both new and existing clientele.  This will be a phased install of the redesign to continue operations, maintaining revenue during the renovation process.

Our Works  Over many years in business it has been valuable to take a look back on completed projects and survey the successes and the opportunities for improvement.  We take the time to learn from experience and then "pay it forward" to current and future projects.  Creativity, Innovation, Budget, Timeliness, Revenue Growth...these are our drivers.  It is our past that prepares us better for our future and twenty-five years of large and small hotel projects provide us with wonderful knowledge to impart.  From small, boutique properties to large, flag hotels the breadth of Our Work experience has prepared us to take on any size project.
