CATCHing Up

Here's what we've been up to lately!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the 25th Annual CATCH Comedy Night! We kicked off our 30th year by hosting everyone’s favorite political satirists to raise funds for our affordable housing programs. On Thursday, March 28th the Capitol Steps performed at the Capitol Center for the Arts and brought down the house.

Check out our latest blog post to see the people and organizations we thanked with our annual awards, and visit our Facebook page to see more photos from the event!

The Concord Food Co-op has started a new fundraising program where customers are able to round-it-up at the register and the difference is donated to an area nonprofit! CATCH is the recipient for the month of May, so be sure to stop by the co-op and round up your purchase in support of CATCH!

Thank you to the co-op for their generous partnership!

Learn More About Round-it-Up

Despite our unpredictable weather this spring, some residents enjoyed gardening in between rain drops to beautify their living space!

We're continuing our series of introducing you to CATCH's staff! This time we're focusing on real estate development.

Meet Tom and Caite

We want to thank our board members Charlene Vallee, Mark Ciborowski, Cary Gladstone, and Chris Caccia for their many years of dedication and leadership on our Board of Directors. We will miss you!

Learn More About Our Board

While we are sad to be losing some fantastic board members, we are thrilled to be welcoming five new leaders to our team! Click here to learn about our new board members, including the Granite United Way's Scoop Welch!

April was Financial Literacy Month! Thank you to Paul McLaughlin from HOMEteam for visiting our seniors at Friedman Court II. Paul and the Resident Services Coordinators taught financial literacy program "Money Smarts for Older Adults."

Each June, NeighborWorks America and its network of local organizations mobilize tens of thousands of volunteers, businesspeople, neighbors, friends, and local and national elected and civic leaders in a week of neighborhood change and awareness. We are excited to be participating in this national week of celebration!

How can YOU help?

If you're interested in helping us create communities where every person is confident of a home, here are a few ways:

SUPPORT CATCH WITH A GIFT

Consider making a tax-deductible gift to CATCH Neighborhood Housing. We rely on the support of generous community members to grow all of our housing programs and cannot thank you enough for your ongoing generosity! To learn more about how your gifts change lives, check out our most recent Annual Report.

NH GIVES

NH Gives – an initiative of the NH Center for Nonprofits - is a powerful, statewide 24-hour online fundraising event that is designed to build community, connect donors to local nonprofits and generate excitement about the nonprofit sector. We are pleased to be participating again this year, and hope you will consider supporting our work on June 11-12!

DOUBLE YOUR GIFT

Many businesses offer matching contributions if an individual makes a gift to a nonprofit. Ask your employer about this opportunity and double your impact to CATCH!

SHOP AT THE CONCORD FOOD CO-OP

During the month of May, purchase anything in the store and round up your purchase at the register; the difference will be donated to CATCH!
