An apartment clubhouse in the Peoria area gets a makeover! The dark and heavy ambience of the existing space was uplifted with light, bright, and cheerful choices of finishes and fabrics. Property owners were happy that we were able to utilize some of the traditional furniture pieces from one of their other properties which we had re-designed with a more modern look. Simply repurposing and reupholstering gave these items a fresh new vibe. Art and accessories were selected to reflect Tuscan hillsides and architecture - all speaking true to the property's name.
